It's not only informative, but also fun to read, with a five star ( "What are your rates? Do you charge hourly, or quote for an entire project?" We can work whichever way works best for you - charging hourly, or on a per-project basis. "Where are you located? Can we work together if you aren't available on-site?" "Is payment required up-front?" For projects that take up to 2-3 weeks, you will be invoiced when the job is completed (for new clients, we require 50% payment up-front). For longer jobs, we will invoice you on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. "What if a project is cancelled mid-way?" We are entitled to compensation for all of the time invested in the project. This is measured in hours worked (for jobs priced on a per-hour basis), or as a percentage of work completed (for jobs prices on a per-project basis). "What happens if revisions are needed? Will you charge me extra?" Quotes for a project include two rounds of revision, unless specified otherwise. Additional revisions will be charged by the hour.
